Candice Bright
Candice has over 20 years of involvement with special education. She has initially worked in several handicapped classrooms with students ages 18-22 while attending college. She also worked as a respite provider for children and adults with developmental disabilities in the family’s home.
While providing respite services, she became very familiar with a wide variety of diagnoses and medical conditions for persons of all ages.
Candice joined a non-public agency in April 2005 and worked till March 2013. During her stint at NPA, she got promoted from direct care to the company's Director while working directly with developmentally disabled people ages 0-59 whom the NPA served.
Since June 2005, she has worked closely with various adult residential facilities and behavior management day programs, shouldering various responsibilities.
Leslie Rendon-Cervantez
Leslie Rendon-Cervantez is a Behavior Analyst with 20 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Leslie specializes in working with individuals with developmental disabilities in adult residential, group home and day program setting in addition to her background with intensive in-home services. Leslie regularly attends national training sessions that showcase new behavior analytic trends, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Practical Functional Assessment and Skills Based Treatment. A strong believer in the power of mindfulness in the workplace, Leslie regularly develops mindful campaigns to assist employees with effective mental health techniques that increase productivity and outcomes for the clients served.
Rachel Hamilton
Rachel is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, who has been implementing the powerful principles of applied behavior analysis to her work with children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life since 2005. She brings energy, enthusiasm, and sincere love to her clients as she is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to live a full life. She began her journey as an undergraduate earning her BA in Educational Studies from Western Governors University while working as an instructional assistant for children with autism. After obtaining her BA, she stepped into a teaching role as an educational specialist for adolescents with autism where she continued her education and went onto earn her MS in Special Education with a specialization in moderate/severe disabilities from National University. Rachel’s sincere interest in developing her career with in the field of applied behavior analysis lead her to pursue a position as a behavior consultant with Valley Behavior in 2018 where she continues to gain extensive experience working with youth in group homes, as well as adults in residential facilities. Rachel is dedicated to building positive and healthy relationships with her clients, and to help in equipping clients, families, and support staff to be active participants in shaping the direction of their lives.
